The word of the month of June at Championship Martial Arts-Holland is KINDNESS. We don’t exactly know what is going on behind the scenes of peoples’ worlds. Or, someone might just be having a bad day. For this, it’s important for us to be friendly, generous, and considerate to others as that act of kindness could be the difference that makes that person’s day better. We are learning as students at ‘CMA’ how to be kind, and to take a journey of kindness toward the progress of our black belts. Kindness is essential to others, but also to ourselves. Be kind to yourself, we make mistakes and share differences. In those differences, it’s what makes us one step closer to our black belts, and one step closer to building yourself to be a champion for life. This month, try and practice kindness. Help someone with the door on your way into Championship Martial Arts, or compliment someones appearance in a sensible way. Be kind to yourself for the mistakes you make.
