As we welcome 2021 we look forward to new activities, classes, and even introducing summer camps here at Championship Martial Arts- Holland. We are also focusing on having physical goals through out the year as well. A goal is defined as the object of a person’s ambition or effort; an aim or desired result. Now a goal is only achievable if you put towards your best effort. You may think that a goal and a New Years resolution are pretty much the same thing, but they are different in that a resolution is a decision to do or not to do a specific behavior, like eating ice cream before bed. A goal involves intention setting, planning, preparing, and taking realistic action. So think of it this way; goals, not resolutions, are the key to long-term growth and success. As you think about what you want out of this new year, consider the goals you may set in your career, relationships, health, or even personal growth and set a plan in action to achieve a life changing goal.
